Automatics protect refrigerating units against:

• Short circuit and overload
• One phase failure of three-phase receivers
• Fluctuation (decreasing and increasing) of supply voltage

Additionally, refrigerating compressors are protected against (depend on size and models):

• excessive pressure rise in discharge line
• excessive pressure decreasing in suction line
• overheating of electric motor winding
• overheating of gas temperature in discharge line
• "cold" start
• Too frequent start
• simultaneous start of two compressors
• lack oil pressure during operation
• excessive increasing or decreasing of oil temperature
• decreasing of oil level in reservoir
• decreasing of refrigerant level in reservoir
• compressor operation without fluid flow (in fluid coolers)

Automatics secure (depend on adjustment type):

• keeping of specified suction pressure of compressor unit
• keeping of specified condensing pressure of compressor unit
• keeping of specified temperature in cold rooms
• cooler electrical defrosting or with gas
• keeping of specified fluid temperature (in coolers)

Above mentioned parameters are kept by electronic controllers designed for refrigeration industry produced by Carel, Lae Electronic, Eliwell or other producers. These controllers allow to connect monitoring system to the network. We offer controllers for untypical solutions with Carel free software.

Switch-boxes are produced in metal or plastic housings IP54, depend on their sizes. Control switches and control lights, making easier service and diagnostic of possible failures are mounted on the wall. Switch-boxes can be mounted on the one frame with refrigerating unit. In this case electrical connections between switch-box and devices mounted on the frame can be carried out by producer. Technical documentation of switch-boxes includes electric diagram (at request in electronic version), specification, manual and quality certificate.
